A holder of a Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA), Atlantic International University, (HAWAII, USA), an MBA from the University of Wales, a BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies (Level 7) from EDEXCEL, (UK), and a BSc. degree in Management from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He is a chartered fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. A certified evaluator of Hays; Leadership and Communications (DALE CARNEGIE) and Gear UP Leadership Modules 1, 2, & 3 – DDI (Paris & Frankfurt). He is also an author, part time university lecturer, coach and trainer, and business consultant.

Professionally, Mr. AJIEH has reached the level of a Regional Human Resources Director in a World Class Multinational company that is a leader in his industry in the world. Godwill has over 17 years of professional work experience in world class office environments. His experience has been gained while working with local & multinational companies doing businesses in Trading & Retail, Real Estate, Construction & Engineering, FMCG, & Oil & Gas. Out of this experience, 12 years have been at the managerial level in Human Resources management gained while working in Cameroon, Dubai UAE, Angola, and through Regional HR Business Partnership, Reward Manager, and HR Director Roles held while covering the West & Central African Region.

Some other facts you may want to know about Godwill are that he is happily married to Ajieh Rose and they have been blessed with two children until now: Ajieh Marie and Ajieh Franklin . Godwill has served as a student leader throughout his academic cycle in Cameroon. An experience he says has been an inspiration to him until date. He was the Student Union President / Leader in the University of Buea, Cameroon from 2002 to 2003. He handled the position of Vice- President of Cameroon National Association of all University Students in 2002- 2003. He also served as President of Faculty of Social and Management Science Students, University of Buea during 2002- 2003 Academic year. Godwill is a good football player who has also won some good trophies for himself. He loves to be with people and loves others who care about other people.

When asked about his motivation in life, he says “Knowing where I come from, I believe that if many others out there are given the opportunity of good knowledge & support, they will provide better results than I have done before they reach my age; the very high rate of unemployment & frustration in our society will also reduce to a reasonable level. Making money is not my sole motivation for work in life but I care very much about what I will do for others, the society in which I leave and my world in general. By having the freedom to choose what I want to do, working with the people I believe share a common vision with me gives me greater joy. Hopefully, through the continued patronage of many who think they can continue to trust in me and work with me, I will continue to distribute my experiences to many others, motivate others, be at the service of others and surely write the history I wish to before I finally depart from this world.”
