This piece of work entitled ‘THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
INTELLIGENCE IN STRATEGY SUCCESS’ is a research conducted with a case study being the private and public sectors of Cameroon. The aim is to verify if the use of human resources intelligence by decision makers in the process of strategic decision making has any effect(s) on the outcome of their strategic plans. The scope did involve the private and public sectors as key stakeholders of a successful economy. The research had a look at the subject of business administration, strategic planning, elements of strategic human resources, an introduction to human resources management and strategic planning that are the key variables of concern. A sample of 120 well experienced leaders in the field of strategic decision making from all domains participated in the primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The research makes offers proposals for best practices on quality human resources management information and intelligence which will lead to better decision making. Through findings, it concludes with important recommendations for a best strategy realization.
